Female Foeticide: A Story of India's Missing Women
This book deals with the issue of female foeticide in a broader legal social framework. It argues that in India, legal efforts have not kept pace with the advancement of sophisticated medical technologies, a prominent factor responsible for the abysmal implementation of India's much debated law PCPNDT act.
